Ortak kanatçıklı ısı değiştirici boyutunun klasik iç içe borulu tip ısı değiştirici boyutuna oranının teorik incelenmesi

Bu çalışmada, kademeli soğutma sistemlerinde kullanılan kaskat kondenser için tasarlanan Ortak Kanatçıktı (OK) Isı Değiştirici ile klasik tip İç İçe Borulu Isı Değiştiricilerin (İİB) boyutlandırmasında kullanılan parametreler belirlendi. Yapılan örnek teorik hesaplarla boyutlandırma karşılaştırması yapıldı. Hesaplamalar sonucunda OK tip ısı değiştirici imalatında klasik tipe göre % 53 daha az boruya ihtiyaç olduğu tespit edildi.

A theoretical investigation into the ratio of the size of associated finned heat exchanger to conventional type double pipe heat exchanger

In this study, parameters, used in dimension of associated finned heat exchanger (OK) and conventional type double pipe heat exchanger (IIB) designed for cascade condenser used in cascade refrigeartion systems, were determined. Dimension comparing is done as example theorical calculations. The result of calculations, It is fixed that needed pipe in manufacturing of OK type heat exchanger is less 53 % than that of IIB type heat exchanger.
