AISI 1010 çeliğine kaynak sonrası uygulanan çift faz oluşturucu ısıl işlemlerin mikroyapı ve tokluk özelliklerine etkisi

Bu çalışmada, düşük karbonlu çeliğe kaynak sonrası çeşitli çift faz oluşturucu işlemler uygulanmıştır. Bu ısıl işlemlerle elde edilen farklı mikroyapılara sahip kaynaklı çift fazlı çeliklerin kaynak metali, İT AB ve esas metalin tokluk özellikleri incelenmiştir. Bütün numunelerde en yüksek tokluk, kaynak metalinde gerçekleşmiştir. Genel olarak, en iyi tokluk özellikleri ince martenzit parçacık dağılımlı kaynaklı çift fazlı yapılarda gözlenmiştir.

Post welding heat treatments to form a dual phase structure AISI 1010 steel and their effect on microstructure and toughness properties

In this study, several types of heat treatments in order to introduce a dual phase structure were practiced to low carbon steel after welding. Toughness behaviour of the weld metal, HAZ and base metal of welded dual phase steels having different microstructures obtained through these heat treatments were studied. Among the specimens, the peak toughness values were observed in the weld metal. In general, the best mechanical properties were spotted in welded dual phase structure with a fine martensite particle dispersion.
