Çelebi Halife diye meşhur olan Cemâl-i Halvetî, Halvetiyyenin Cemâliyye kolunun kurucusudur ve Halvetî tarîkatının İstanbuldaki ilk temsilcisidir. XV. yüzyılda yaşam süren Cemâl-i Halvetî, tasavvuf dışında tefsîr, hadîs gibi diğer İslamî ilimlerde de eserler telif etmiş bir sûfîdir. Eserlerinin hemen hepsini neredeyse Arapça olarak kaleme almış olan Cemâl-i Halvetî bazı sûre ve âyetlerin tasavvufî/ işârî tefsirlerini yapmıştır. Bu eserler arasında en önemlilerinden birisi de “Tevîlâtü Cemâl el-Halvetî min Sûretil-fâtiha ved-duhâ ilâ sûretin-nâs” adlı işarî tefsiridir. Bu makalede biz müellifin hayatı ve eserleri hakkında kısaca bilgi verdikten sonra adı geçen işarî tefsîrinin tahkikli neşrini yapmaya çalışacağız.

Jamal Khalwati, who was known as Chalabi Khalifah, is the founder of the Jamaliyya branch of the Khalwatiyya order and he was the first representative of Khalwatiyya order in Istanbul. Jamal Khalwati, who lived in the 15 th century, was a Sufi who wrote books in Islamic sciences other than Sufism, such as Qur’anic exegesis and Hadith. He wrote almost all of his books in Arabic. He wrote esoteric commentaries on some verses and chapters of the Qur’an. One among these books is his mystical exegesis titled “Ta’vîlâtu Jamâl al-Khalvatî min sûra al- Fâtiha va al-Duhâ ilâ sûra al-Nâs.” In this article after giving brief information about his life and works, we will present a critical edition of his exegesis
