Durham cihazında günlük ve haftalık değiştirilen lamlarda yakalanan polen miktarlarının karşılaştırılması

Çalışmamızda Gravimetrik yöntem uygulandı ve Durham cihazı kullanıldı. Cihaz Kayseri'de Mevlana mahallesindeki bir binanın çatısına yerleştirildi. Cihazın yerden yüksekliği 15 m'dir. I. lam tutucusundaki günlük, II. lam tutucusundaki lamlar haftalık değiştirildi. Günlük l cm2'ye düşen toplam polen miktarı 4797; haftalık ise 3827 bulundu. Araştırmamızda 40 taksona ait polen tespit edildi. En çok poleni görülen taksonlar Pinus L., Poaceae ve Chenopodiaceae'dir. Rüzgar hızının düşük, sıcaklığın yüksek olduğu dönemler dışında, diğer dönemlerde polenlerin günlük toplanması daha sağlıklı sonuçlar verdi.

Comporison of the amounts of the pollens collected in the daily and weekly changed slides in the Durham's gravity stampling device

: In our study, the Gravimetric Method was applied, and the Durham Sampling device was used. The Durham's sampling device was fitted on a roof of a building in the Quarter of Mevlana in Kayseri. The Durham 's sampling device's height from the ground is 15 m, the slides were changed on the first slide-holder daily, and on the second slide holder weekly. The total amount of the pollens in a 1 cm2- area was found 4797 daily and 3827 weekly. In our research, pollens belonging to 40 taxa were determined. Pinus L., Poaceae and Chenopodiaceae appeared as the taxa whose pollens were observed at most. Except when the speed of the wind is low and the temperature is high, the daily collection of the pollens yielded better results, in all other periods.
