Tuzluluk değişimlerinin üç eurohalin balık türü üzerinde büyüme ve hayatta kalmasındaki etkisinin araştırılması

Bu çalışmada Güney Florida da yer alan Everglades bölgesindeki azmaklarda yaşayan bazı balık türlerinin (Poecilia latipinna Lesueur 1821), (Cyprinodon variegatus Lacepede 1803), (Chiclasoma urophthalmus Günther 1862), tuzluluk bakımından farklı su koşullarında boy uzunluğu gelişimleri ve yaşama güçleri üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda ele alınan türlerin bulunduktan doğal su ortamından farklı tuzluluk (O, 5,15,30) ortamlarına alındıklarında gelişmelerini her tuzluluk ortamında sürdürebildikleri gözlenmiştir.

Effect of salinity changes on growth and survive of three euryhaline fish species. Some eurohaline fishes, which were (Poecilia latipinna Lesueur 1821), (Cyprinodon variegatus Lacepede 1803), (Chiclasoma urophthalmus Ounther 1862), were observed under different salinity conditions to determine their growth and survive. At the end of the present research showed that these species were able to survive and grow after accilimated from their natural water to the new water which had different salinity cosentration (0, 5, 15 30 ppt). Thus, It can be say these species can grow and live the salinity varies because of tides, rainfall, etc. Observed mortality rate was caused dieses, or another reason.
