Sinop kıyılarında avlanan pasifik kefali (Mugil so-iuy, Basilevsky, 1855) Filetolarında besin içeriklerinin dağılımı

Sinop ilinde uzatma ağları ile avlanan Pasifik kefali (Mugil so-iuy, Basilevsky, 1855), dişi, erkek ve genel olarak incelenmiştir. Filetoları çıkarılan bireylerin vücutları 5 parçaya bölünmüş ve her parçadaki, ham yağ, ham kül, ham protein ve nem değerleri belirlenmiştir. Pasifik kefallarında ortalama ham yağ %3,58; ham kül %1,01; ham protein %15,52 ve kuru madde miktarı ise %19,92 olarak bulunmuştur. Araştırmada, ham yağ oranının en yüksek karın bölgesinde (dişi %4,20±0,01, erkek %4,60±0,02), en düşük ise kuyruk kısmında (dişi %2,78±0,10, erkek %2,98±0,02) bulunduğu da tespit edilmiştir.

Food contents ofpasifıc mullet (Mugil so-iuy, Basilevsky, 1855) fillets which caught in Sinop Cost. Pacific mullets {Mugil so-iuy, Basilevsky, 1855), caught with surround trammel net in Sinop were investigated for female, male and general samples. Fish fillets were cut in to five regions, and crude lipids, protein, dry matter and ash amounts were determined in each region. The mean lipid 3.58%; protein 15.52%; dry matter 19.92% and ash 1.01% were found in Pacific mullet. In this research, maximum crude lipid were (4.20±0.01 for female; 4.60±0.02 for male) in abdomen regions and minimum (2.75±0.10 for female; 2.98±0.02 for male) in tail regions.
