Sarıağız Argyrosomus regius asso, 1801 balıklarının mide ve sindirim sisteminin boşaltım süresinin belirlenmesinde röntgen tekniğinin kullanılabilirliği

800 adet (28±2.3 gr) sarıağız (Argyrosomus regius), içeriğinde baryum sülfat ilave edilen yemlerle beslenmiş ve yemlemeden 2 saat sonra başlayan toplam 30 saatlik incelemede, her iki saatte bir 10’ar örnek alındıktan sonra öldürülmüş ve röntgenleri çekilmiştir. Röntgen filmlerinin incelenmesiyle 28±2.3gr ağırlığındaki sarıağızların 20°C sıcaklıkta midesel boşaltım süresinin ortalama 9 saat, sindirim sisteminin tamamı ile boşalma süresinin ise ortalama 21 saat olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

X-Ray usability for determination of gastric and digestive track evacuation time in meagre Argyrosomus regius Asso, 1801. 800 meagre (Argyrosomus regius) were fed with formulated diets including barium sulphate and 10 fish were sampled, killed and x-rayed every 2 hours starting 2 hours after feeding for total 30 hours. Gastric evacuation time at 20°C for meagre at 28±2.3gr weight was determined average for 9 hours, complete average digestive track evacuation time was determined for 21 hours by investigating x-ray.
