Balık yemlerinde mikroskobik analiz uygulamaları

Yemlerin mikroskobik incelenmesi, bilinen standartlardaki maddelerle bilinmeyen maddelerin karşılaştırılmasına dayanmaktadır. Hammaddelerin ve yemlerin içeriğinde bulunan maddeleri incelemek için 8x - 50 x stereo mikroskop kullanılmıştır. Hammadde öğeleri koku, parlaklık, yapı, katılık, yumuşaklık, partikül büyüklüğü, renk, şekil bakımından incelenmiştir.

Microscopic analysis in fish feeds

Microscopic identifications of feed are based on comparisons of unknown materials to known standards. For investigated feed and ingredients, stereomicroscope at 8x to 50x was used. Ingredients samples were identified by their shape, color, particle size and texture.
