Ayvalık Tuzlası' ndaki (Balıkesir/Türkiye) Artemia parthenogenetica' nın yağ asitleri üzerine bir araştırma

Bu çalışmada Ayvalık Tuzlası’ndaki (Balıkesir,Türkiye) Artemia parthenogenetica Instar-I nauplii yağ asiti içerikleri analiz edilmiştir. (10:0)’dan (24:1) kadar olan 28 yağ asidi tanımlanmıştır. A. parthenogenetica Instar-I nauplii’nin su ürünleri yetiştiriciliğinde balık ve karides türlerinin beslenmesinde istenen yağ asitlerinden 16:0, 18:0, 18:1, 18:3, 20:5, 22:0, 22:6 ve 24:1 içerdiği ve potansiyel bir canlı yem olarak kullanılabileceği saptanmıştır.

A Study of the fatty acids composition of Artemia parthenogenetica of Ayvalık Saltwork (Balıkesir,Turkey). In this study, the fatty acids composition of Artemia parthenogenetica Instar-I nauplii which grow naturally in Ayvalık Saltwork (Balıkesir,Turkey) was analysed. A total of 28 fatty acids were found in Instar-I nauplii stage of A.parthenogenetica, between (10:0) and (24:1). From the results of the study, Instar-I nauplii of Artemia parthenogenetica includes important fatty acids, such as 16:0, 18:0, 18:1, 18:3, 20:5, 22:0, 22:6 and 24:1. It can be said as a potential live food source for larval feding of many fish and shrimp species of aquaculture.
