Atlantik salmonu (Salmo salar L.,1758)'nda görülen enfeskiyonunun tedavisi üzerine bir araştırma

Bu araştırmada Temmuz 1997 tarihinde S. truttae'ye ait ergin spor öncesi evrelerinin (extrasporogenic) neden olduğu enfeksiyonun tedavisi üzerine çalışıldı ve iki ayrı dozda (25 - 50 mg $kg^{-1})$ Monensin ve Metranidazole (25-50 mg $kg^{-1})$) yemlere katılarak, Malaşit Yeşili (1.5 ppm) ve Malaşit Yeşili (1.5 ppm) + Formaldehit (20 ppm) banyo şeklinde 2.5 - 3 g. ağırlığındaki salmon yavrularına 7 gün süreyle uygulandı. 15 günlük aralar ile balıklar incelendi ve Monensin (50 mg) ile Metranidazole (50 mg) nin extrasporogonik evreyi geciktirici bir etkiye sahip oldukları, bunun yanında Malaşit Yeşili (1.5 ppm) ile Malaşit Yeşili (1.5 ppm) + Formaldehit (20 ppm) karışımının ise enfeksiyonları azaltıcı etkiye sahip oldukları belirlendi.

A study on the treatment of sphaerospora truttae (Sphaerosporidae:Myxozoa) infections in atlantic salmon (Salmo salar L.,1758)

A study on the treatment o/Sphaerospora truttae (Sphaerosporidae: Myxozoa) infections in Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar L., 1758). In this study that was started in July 1997, a treatment on the extrasporogenic stages ofS. truttae using two different dosages of Monensin (25-50 nig $kg^{-1})$) and Metranidazole (25-50 mg $kg^{-1})$) and application of bath of Malachite Green (1.5 ppm) baths and Malachite Green (1.5 ppm) + Formaldehyde (20 ppm) baths to Atlantic salmon fmgerlings weighing 25 - 3 g. was studied. The treatment was lasted for 7 days in all groups. Fish were examined in the intarvals of 15 days and it was determined that Monensin (50 mg/kg) and Metranidazole (50 mg $kg^{-1})$) caused a delay in the appearence of the extasporogenic stages, while Malachite Green (1.5 ppm) and Malachite Green (1.5 ppm) + Formaldehyde (20 ppm) caused a decrease in the infection.
