Porsuk Göleti (Erzurum,Türkiye) fitoplankton'u üzerine bir araştırma

Porsuk Göleti'nin fitoplankton kompozisyonu, yoğunluğu ve mevsimsel değişimi vertikal olarak yüzey, 5.0 m ve 10.0 m derinliklerden alınan örneklerde Nisan 1996-Ekim 1996 tarihleri arasında incelenmiştir. Fitoplankton topluluğuna ait 87 taksa tespit edilmiş ve Bacillariophyta %81, Chlorophyta %19, Cyanophyta %6 ve Euglenophyta %4 oranında topluluğa iştirak etmiştir. Toplulukta Melosira granulata var. angutissima Müll., Cyclotella ocellata Pant., Fragilaria vaucheria (Kütz.) Baye Peter, Nitzschia palea (Kütz.) W. Smith, Synedra ulna (Nitzsc.) Ehr. ve Trachelomonas volvocina Ehrenberg dominant olarak bulunmuştur. Fitoplankton topluluğu ilkbahar ve sonbahar başlangıcında artış göstermiş, yaz aylarında azalmıştır.

A study on the phytoplankton of Porsuk pond (Erzurum,Turkey)

The composition, abundancy and seasonal variations of the plıytoplankton of Porsuk pond were studied using samples taken vertically from the surface, 5.0m and 10.0 m depths between April and October 1996. 87 taxa were identified in the phytoplankton and proportions of them were as follows: Bacillariophyta 81%, Chlorophyta 19%, Cyanophyta 6% and Euglenophyta 4%. Melosira gramtlata var. angutissima Mull., Cyclotella ocellata Pant, Fragilaria vaucheria (Kütz.) Baye Peter, Nitzschia palea (Kütz.) W. Smith, Synedra ulna (Nitzsc.) Ehr. and Trachelomonas volvocina Ehrenberg were dominant in the phytoplankton. The phytoplankton increased quantitatively in the spring and in early fall whereas in the summer it decreased.
