Sağlık Hizmet Sunumunda Toplumsal Cinsiyet Eşitsizliği

Toplumsal cinsiyet sağlık statüsünü, sağlık risklerinindağılımını, sağlık hizmetlerine erişimi, sağlık hizmetsunumunu etkileyen, sağlıkta iyilik halinin temelbelirleyicilerinden biridir. Sağlık hizmet sunumusürecinde cinsiyetçi uygulamalara dair eleştiriler "Erilyanlılık ", "Toplumsal cinsiyet rolü ideolojisi","Toplumsal cinsiyet eşitsizliği", "Toplumsal cinsiyetkörlüğü" olmak üzere dört başlıkta incelenmektedir.Bu çalışmanın amacı bu dört başlık altında tıpalanındaki cinsiyetçi uygulamaların hekimlerin sağlıkhizmet sunumu sırasındaki davranışlarınayansımalarının tanımlanmasıdır

Gender Inequality in Delivery of Health Care

Gender is one of the primary determinant of wellbeing in health which effects health status,distribution of health risks, access to health services,delivery of health care. Criticisms regarding sexistpractices in delivery of health care process areexamined in four titles including "Male bias","Gender role ideology", "Gender inequality","Gender blindless". The aim of this study was todetermine the reflections of sexist practices' in thefield of medicine on physicians' behaviors duringdelivery of health care under these four titles
