DİNLENİLEN FARKLI TEMPO MÜZİKLERİNFUTBOLCULARDAAEROBİK VEANAEROBİK PERFORMANSA ETKİSİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Bu çalışmanın amacı; farklı tempodadinlenilen müziklerin futbolcularda aerobik ve anaerobik performansa etkisinin incelenmesidir. Çalışmanın örneklem grubunu Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu U-19 liginde mücadele eden Aydın Yıldızspor takımından yaş ortalaması 19,843,00 yıl, boy ortalaması1766.32 santimetre (cm), vücut ağırlık ortalaması70,845,44 kilogram ve vücut kitle indeksi (v.k.i) 22,671,29 olan 19 futbolcu oluşturmuştur. Katılımcılara önceden belirlenmiş hafif tempo müzik, hareketli tempo müzik ve katılımcıların kendi seçtikleri müzik türlerinden birini kura yöntemi ile belirlemeleri istenmiştir. Her müzik türünü kişisel kulaklıklarından 120-140 (bpm) olacak şekilde dinleyerek, 5 dakika jogging ve 10 dakikalık dinamik germe egzersizlerinden oluşan 15 dakikalık standart ısınma protokolünü uygulamışlardır. Isınmanın ardından katılımcılarınaerobik performansları Yo-Yo aralıklı Toparlanma Testi 1 (YIRT1) ve anaerobik performansları ise Tekrarlı Sprint Sürati Testi (RAST) ile değerlendirilmiştir. 48 saatlik dinlenme aralıkları ile tüm müzik türleri için aerobik ve anaerobik performans testleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde SPSS 20.0 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Katılımcıların farklı müzik türlerinde aerobik ve anaerobik performansları arasındaki farkın belirlenmesiOne-Way Anova analizi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. İstatistiksel analiz sonuçlarına göre; katılımcılarındinledikleri farklı tempo müziklerin aerobik ve anaerobik performanslarına etkisinde anlamlı bir farklılığa rastlanmamıştır (p>0,05). Ancak istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olmasa da sporcuların kendi isteklerine bağlı dinledikleri müziklerde aerobik ve anaerobik performanslarının daha iyi olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak; bu çalışmanın bulguları farklı tempoda dinlenilen müziklerin aerobik ve anaerobik performans üzerinde bir etkisinin olmadığını ortaya koymuştur.

EFFECT OF LISTENING DIFFERENT RHYTM MUSIC ON SOCCER PLAYERS AEROBIC AND ANAEROBIC PERFORMANCE

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of music listened in different tempos on the aerobics and anaerobic performance of football players. The sample group of the study consisted of 19 football players, with an average age of 19.843.00 years, an average height of 176632 centimetres (cm), an average body weight of 70.845.44 kilograms and a body mass index (BMI) of 22.671.29, from Aydın Yıldızspor team that plays in the Turkish Football Federation U-19 league. The participants were asked to choose one of the music genres among the pre-determined light tempo music, fast tempo music, and the other music genres determined by the participants themselves, by a lot method.They performed a standard warm-up protocol of 15 minutes, consisting of 5 minutes of jogging and 10 minutes of dynamic stretching exercises while listening to each music genre with their personal earphones at 120-140 (bpm). Following the warm-up, the participants’ aerobic performances were assessed with the Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test 1 (YIRT1), and the anaerobic performances were assessed with the Repeated Sprint Speed Test (RAST). Aerobic and anaerobic performance tests were performed for all music genres with 48-hour rest intervals.SPSS 20.0 packaged software was used in the assessment of the data. The determination of the difference between the aerobic and anaerobic performances of the participants in different music genres was performed by the One-Way ANOVA analysis. According to the statistical analysis results, no significant difference was found in the effects of different tempo music genres listened by the participants on their aerobic and anaerobic performances (p>0.05). Although not statistically significant, aerobic and anaerobic performances of the football players were found to be higher while listening to the music that they chose by themselves.In conclusion, the findings of this study revealed that there was no effect of the music listened in different tempos on the aerobic and anaerobic performance.
