Geçen yüzyılda sayısı hızla artan duygu tarihi çalışmaları, edebiyat eserlerini alışılmışın dışında yepyeni olanaklarla incelemeyi olanaklı kılmıştır. Edebî metinlere duygu dünyalarının sağladığı farklı imkânlar açısından yaklaşmak, bu alanda eleştiriye de kapı aralamıştır. Geçtiğimiz aylarda Dergâh Yayınları’ndan çıkan Edebiyatın Duygu Haritası, bu hususta ülkemizdeki ilk ve kapsamlı çalışmalardan biri olması hasebiyle dikkat çekmektedir. Esra Dicle’nin hazırladığı ve içinde akademisyen ve araştırmacılar tarafından yazılan on üç inceleme yazısını barındıran kitap, Türk edebiyatına ait farklı türlerde yazılmış edebiyat metinlerini, taşıdıkları hâkim duygular ekseninde kapsamlı ve eleştirel bir incelemeye tabi tutmaktadır. Bu tanıtma yazısında, amacımız kitapta yer alan makalelerin her birini temel yönleriyle açıklayıp okurların dikkatine sunmaktır.

Studies on the history of emotions, the number of which has increased rapidly in the last century, has made it possible to examine literary works with new and unusual possibilities. Approaching literary texts in terms of the different possibilities provided by the emotional world has opened the door to criticism in this field. The Emotional Map of Literature, which was published by Dergah Publishing in the past months, draws attention as it is one of the first and comprehensive studies in this regard in our country. The book, prepared by Esra Dicle and containing thirteen review articles written by various academics and researchers, subjects the literary works of Turkish literature written in various genres to a comprehensive and critical examination on the axis of their dominant emotions. In this introductory article, our aim is to explain each of the articles in the book with their basic aspects and bring them to the attention of the readers.
