Karmaşık fonksiyonlu hastane binaları, kullanım sürecinde mekansal değişikliklere uğramaktadırlar. Özellikle son yıllarda tıbbi teknolojinin hızla ilerlemesi, hastanelerdeki değişime neden olan önemli faktörlerdendir. Kullanım sürecindeki hastanelerin değerlendirilerek, teknolojik gelişmelerden oluşan değişimlerin tespiti, bölümlere göre değişimlerden etkilenme durumu, mimari planlama sürecinde yer alan ve bir analiz aşaması olan programlama evresi için önem teşkil etmektedir. Hastane bölümlerinde oluşan teknolojiye bağlı değişimleri belirlemek amacıyla, gözlem görüşme ve literatüre dayalı araştırmalar doğrultusunda, probleme yönelik varsayımlar ortaya konulmuş ve Konya Numune Hastanesinde yapılan alan çalışmasıyla test edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular varsayımlar doğrultusunda değerlendirilerek hastane programına ve tasarımına yönelik ilkeler belirlenmiştir.

The hospital buildings having complex functions, have to meet some special changes during their utilization processes. Especially, the development of the medical tecnology in the last years is one of the factors affecting the changes in hospitals. By examining the hospitals under the utilization period, the establisment of the changes formed from the tecnological developments, the effection level of their divisions from the changes constitude significany for the programming stage which is an analysis stage and takes place in the architectural planning period. The research hypothesis were put forward and some information was given depending on the literature, observations and interviews about the Konya Numune Hospital. The findings obtained from the field study and the discussions depending on the assumptions were represental in a systematical way.
