Achroia grisella (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae) larva ve pupunun yağ asidi bileşimi

A. grisella ‘nın son evre larvası ve pupunun yağ asidi bileşimi GCMS kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Her iki evrede de total yağ asidi bileşimini C 10:0 – 24:0 yağ asitlerinin oluşturduğu ve palmitoleik asit, palmitik asit ve oleik asit yüzdelerinin yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur.

Fatty acid composition of Achroia grisella (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae) larvae and pupae

Analysis of fatty acid compositions of A. grisella last instar larvae and pupae was made by GCMS. It was found that total fatty acid compositons of both stages were constituted C 10:0 – 24:0 fatty acids and palmitoleic acid, palmitic acid and oleic acid ratios were high.
