Meziyodens varlığı ve dental travma sonucu oluşan komplikasyonların klinik, radyolojik ve histopatolojik incelenmesi: Bir olgu sunumu

Clinical, radiological and histopathological Investigation of complications due to mesiodens existence and dentaltrauma: case report Excess teeth in dental arc are known as supernumerary teeth. According to the location in jaws, they are called in different names such as distomolar, para molar, para premolar and mesiodens. Among them, mesiodens which is seen between incisors, is the most common type. They can cause different complications such as diastema, root resorption, cyst formation, crowding, rotation, impaction of permanent incisors. In this case report 24 years old female patient with trauma history, mesiodens, dentigerouscyst, internal and external resorption in the same localization and also their clinical, radiological, histological examinations were presented. Dental trauma is mostly related with maxillary incisors. Teeth loss, fracture, internal-external resorption, intrusion, extrusion can be seen after trauma. Our case which is seen firstly in the literature because its complications that trauma, mesiodens, dentigerous cyst, internal and external root resorption of the adjacent tooth were seen in the same location.We suggest surgical operation in such condition like this case to interfere by.
