Farkl bulb dizaynlar ile tedavi edilen maksiller defektli hastalar

Total veya parsiyel üst öene rezeksiyonu geçiren hastalarn kozmetik, fonksiyonel ve psikolojik yetersizlikleri nedeniyle özel amaçl obtüratör protezlere ihtiyaç duyulmaktadr. Bu vaka raporunda maksiller defekte sahip 5 olgunun farkl bulb dizaynna sahip obtüratörler ile protetik rehabilitasyonlar anlatlmtr.

Hemimaxillectomy patients treated with different bulb designs

Maxillary defects can be rehabilitated with simple obturator prosthesis. Such defects have direct effect on cosmetic, function and psychology of the patient. Special prostheses are necessary for total or hemimaxillectomy patients In this clinical report, five patients with defect in the maxillary region were rehabilitated with different obturator designs.
