Sınıf II Div.1 çekimli vakaların tedavi ile cinsler arası çiğneme paternleri ve oklüzyon değişimi

Amaç: Çalışmamız Cinsler arası çiğneme paternlerinin çekimli ve çekimsiz Sınıf II Div.1 vakalarında ortodontik tedavi ile altıncı ayında görülen değişikliklerin incelenmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Büyüme ve gelişimi kısmen bitmiş tedavi olmak istiyen kronolojik yaş ortalaması 16.8 yaş olan Klas II.Div.1 maloklüzyonlu n=31 bireyde altı ay aralıkla yapılan prospektif klinik çalışmadır. Bu araştırmamızda; a) n=18 çekimsiz Sınıf II Div.1, b) Çekimli Sınıf II Div.1 n=13, c) Sınıf II Div.1 n= 7 Erkek + n=6 Kızdan oluşan tedavi gören maloklüzyonlu bireylerdir.

Post treatment chewing pattern and occlusal changes between the gender of the cases with Class II Div 1 who had extraction

Background: The present study focused on analysis of the changes in chewing pattern of the cases with Class II Div.1 malocclusion with or without extraction and comparison of such analyses between the genders. Methods: The present prospective study enrolled 31 individuals with Class II Div.1 malocclusion and age average of 16.8 years whose growth and development ended partially and who wanted to have treatment. The patient group of this study included 18 individuals with Class II Div.1 malocclusion who had not any extraction, 13 individuals with Class II Div.1 malocclusion who had extraction and 7 Male and 6 female individuals with Class II Div.1 malocclusion. Tooth number four on the lower or upper mandible was removed for therapeutic purposes. Results: At the start of the treatment between the group with and without extraction, there has been a relationship (P
