RICHARD STRAUSS’UN Mİ BEMOL MAJÖR İKİ NUMARALI (TrV 283) KORNO KONÇERTOSU’NUN MÜZİKAL ANALİZİ

Bu çalışmanın amacı, korno literatüründeki en önemli eserlerden birisi kabul edilen Richard Strauss’un TrV 283 numaralı İkinci Korno Konçertosu’nun yorumlanmadan önceki gerekli analizlerinin yapılarak, bu eseri icra etmek isteyen kornoculara ve korno eğitimcilerine bir kaynak teşkil etmektir. Bu amaçtan yola çıkarak nitel bir çalışma olarak tasarlanan bu makalede ilk olarak bestecinin sanat anlayışına hâkim olmak için literatürde araştırmalar yapılmış, elde edilen veriler betimsel olarak analiz edilip yorumlanmıştır. Bunun ardından eserin notaları doküman olarak ele alınıp müzikal analizi yapılmıştır. Yöntem olarak betimsel tarama, doküman analizi ve müzikal analiz yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Konçertonun yorum öncesi gerekli analizleri ile, başta korno icracıları olmak üzere, orkestra şefleri ve eseri incelemek isteyen araştırmacılar için yorumlamaya yönelik değerlendirmeler, enstrüman kullanımları, orkestra ile çalım güçlükleri, bölümler içinde yer alan tematik materyallerin kullanım durumlarının tespiti yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda ulaşılan veriler ışığında bu eser ile Richard Strauss’un genel kompozisyon anlayışı, konçerto formunu ele alış tekniği ve korno yazım stiline dair önemli bir veri kaynağı oluşturulmuştur.

MUSICAL ANALYSIS OF HORN CONCERTO NO. 2 IN E-FLAT MAJOR TrV 283 OF RICHARD STRAUSS

The aim of this study is to make the necessary analyzes before the interpretation of the Second Horn Concerto TrV 283 of Richard Strauss, which is considered one of the most important works in the french horn literature, and to constitute a resource for french horn players and french horn educators who want to perform this work. In this article, which was designed as a qualitative study based on this purpose, firstly, studies have been made in the literature in order to master the composer's understanding of art and the data obtained were analyzed and interpreted descriptively. After that, the partition of this composition was handled as documents and musical analysis was made. Descriptive scanning, document analysis and musical analysis methods were used as methods. With the necessary analysis of the concerto before the interpretation, interpretation evaluations for the conductors, especially the horn performers, and the researchers who want to examine the work, the use of the instrument, the difficulties of playing with the orchestra, the usage of the thematic materials in the sections were determined. In the light of the data obtained at the end of the study, an important data source about Richard Strauss's general composition understanding, his approach to concerto style and french horn writing style was created with this work.
