insanoğlu her zaman kendisi için önemli gördüğü yerleri, nesneleri ve kişileri güvenlik altına alma ihtiyacı içerisinde olmuştur. Bunun için çok çeşitli yöntemler kullanılmıştır. İşte bu yöntemlerden günümüzde kullanılan ve en etkili sonucu veren yöntem kapalı devre TV (CCTV) sistemleridir. Ayrıca günümüzde hemen hemen her sektörde bilgisayar kontrollü sistemler gelişmektedir. Bu çalışmada bu iki sistem bir arada düşünülerek deneysel amaçlı bilgisayar kontrollü kapalı devre TV sistemi tasarlanmıştır. Tasarlanan sistem deneysel amaçlı bir sistem olup çalışmalarının testi yapılmış ve başarılı sonuçlar elde edilmiştir.

Mankind always feel the need to observe strategical places, valuable objects and important person to gather security. For this purpose various techniques are used. One of them is CCTV systems which is the most efficient and commonly used are among them. Computer controlled eguipment are used everywhere and so for CCTV systems, hi this study, a computer controlled CCTV experiment system is designed and realized. The designed and constructed system is an experimental system which is tested and the results are quite reliable.
