Hepatit B'li kadınlardan doğan bebeklerin HBV ile hangi oranda karşı karşıya kalacağı ve HBV serolojik göstergelerinin fonksiyonları araştırılmak istenmiştir. Çalışmamızda gebe kadınlar ve yenidoğanlar olmak üzere 2 grup ele alınmıştır. Bunlardan, 1. grup; Rastgele seçilmiş 18-35 yaş grupları arasında 260 gebe kadınlarda ve 2. grup; HBsAg pozitif annelerin yenidoğanlarında HBV serolojik göstergeleri araştırılmıştır. Buna göre 260 annede HbsAg %12.3, HBeAg %4.6, Anti-HBe %2.3, Anti-HBc IgG %3 ve Anti-HBs % 43.8 oranında pozitif tespit edilmiştir. HbsAg ve HBeAg pozitif bulunan 12 anneden doğan bebeklerde HBsAg %91.6, Anti-HBe %8.3 oranında pozitif, Anti-HBc IgM ve Anti-HBc IgG negatif bulunmuştur. 260 yenidoğan bebeklerde ise bu oran HBsAg için, %4.2, HBeAg için %1.1'dir. Rastgele seçilen annelerde,bu oranda HbsAg pozitifliğini saptanması bize gebelerin son trimestirlerinde HBsAg ve Anti-HBc açısından taranması gerektiğini göstermiştir.

The ratio of how much the babies of the women who have had Hepatit B come face to face with HBV and the function of the HBV serologic markers have been investigated. In the first study, 260 of 18-35 aged women, in the second study the babies of the mothers who have had HbsAg positive have been detected. According to the datas which we have got the serologic markers were as fallows: HBsAg 12.3%, HBeAg 4.6%, anti-HBe 2.3%, HBe/Anti-HBeAg 0.7%, Anti-HBc IgG 3%, Anti-HBs 43.8%. In the babies born of 12 mothers who have HBsAg and HbeAg positive, the rate of HbsAg was 91.6%, Anti-HBe was 8.3% positive and Anti-HBc IgM and anti-HBe IgG was negative. That ratio in 260 newborn babies was 4.2% for HBsAg and 1.1% for HBeAg. Determining HBsAg positive in those 260 women indicates that they should be scanned for HBsAg, Anti-HBc in their last trimesters.
