Amaç:Benign prostat hiperplazisi (BPH) nedeniyle TURP uygulanan hastaların küçük de olsa bir bölümünde postoperatif alt üriner sistem semptomları (AÜSS) devam etmekte ve bu hastalarda medikal tedaviye devam edilmektedir.
