Allerji Belirtileriyle Takip Edilen Bir Olgunun PANDAS Tanısı Açısından Değerlendirilmesi
Çocukluk çağı nöropsikiyatrik bozuklukları içinde PANDAS (pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders as- sociated with streptococcal infections) son yıllarda sıkça tanımlanmaktadır. Grup A beta hemolitik streptokok enfek- siyonu (GABHS) sonrası obsesif kompulsif belirtiler, tik bozukluğu veya farklı nöropsikiyatrik değişiklikler olarakgörülebilmektedir. Özellikle tanı konmasında güçlükler ve tedavi karmaşası yaşanabilmektedir. Bu yazıda örnek birolgu üzerinden tanı ve tedavi yaklaşımları üzerinde durulmuştur.
The Assessment of a Case, That Observed Due to Allergy Symptoms, From The Point of PANDAS
In recent years, PANDAS has been frequently described as a type of childhood neuropsychiatric disorder. Obsessi- ve-compulsive symptoms, tics and other neuropsychiatric changes may occur after group A-beta hemolytic strepto- coccal (GABHS) infection. Especially difficulties with diagnose and perplexity about treatment may be occured. Inthis paper, approach for diagnose and treatment are discussed on a case basis.
