Nowadays, the corıtract matter in professional football teams has become one of the most important discussing subject in our society. The importance of playing sport is emphasized frequently, if we assume that sport is a unceasable way of pleasure in the societies. Not understanding the meaning of the contract is the main reason for the disagreement occurred bettveen the player and the club.
