İ.T.Ü. KOSGEB TEKNOPARKINDA KÜÇÜK VE ORTA ÖLÇEKLİ İŞLETMELERİN ARAŞTIRMA GELİŞTİRME FALİYETLERİ

Discussing the nature o f KOBİ, a short historical review o f the subject about discussing the nature of KOBI is given in the paper. The need far the structured approach is stressed, afterpresenting the recent developments in the field of a survey conducted in 1994 among 9 in İTÜ KOSGEB fîrms. “The general properties and some of the benefıts of structured approach far KOBİ development are summarized and structured tools and methodologies are reviewed" Finally, some structured System development efforts in Turkey are mentioned and some examples are presented.
