This study aims to reveal the present State of information activities in the Turkish manufacturing industries and elucidate the modes, trends, and problems encountered in the practice. According to the results of the research, the benefıts of the information activities presented by the department responsible fo r the information activities change from om organization to another organization. But, there has been a revision about information activities in almost ali the corporations to adapt themselves to the changing conditions of the environment and to compete with the competitors.
