İntrahepatik kolestaz ile seyreden büyük hücreli-immünoblastik lenfoma vakası

Non-Hodgkin lenfoma olgularının yaklaşık %16-26'sında karaciğer tutulumu gözlenmektedir. Otopsi çalışmalarında bu oran %52'ye kadar yükselir. Non-Hodgkin lenfomalı çok az sayıda vakada intrahepatik kolestaz tanımlanmıştır. Bu raporda; intrahepatik kolestaz ile seyreden bir non-Hodgkin lenfoma olgusu sunuyoruz.

Large-cell immunoblastic lymphoma with intrahepatic cholestasis: Case report

Hepatic involvement is observed 16-26% of newly diagnosed cases of non-hodgkin lymphoma. However, the incidence reaches up to 52% in postmortem studies. A few cases of intrahepatic cholestatic jaundice, have been described in non-Hodgkin lymphoma. We report a case with non-Hodgkin lymphoma presenting with intrahepatic cholestasis.
