Environmental and Economic Aspects of Coastal Studıes on The Black Sea

SHUISKY Y. D. Environmental and Economic Aspects of Coastal Studies on the Black Sea.An analysis of extensive and diverse information on the Black Sea environmental condition within Ukraine suggestes the priority of the three main problems in the use of coastal resources: 1. Shore abrasion and shoreline retreat. 2. Sea pollusion.3. Possible negative impact of the "greenhouse effect" on he coasts in the nearest 100 years, each of these problems is analysed with numerical data on the development of natural coastal systems, and possible negative consequences are estimated in their economic aspect.
