Örgütsel Davranış Araştırmalarında Madde Parselleme: Yöntem ve Uygulama

Bu çalışmada, ölçülen yapıların ve madde sayısının fazla olduğu durumlarda verinin Yapısal Eşitlik Modeline uyumunu kolaylaştıran bir analitik teknik olarak madde parsel uygulamasını açıklamayı ve hangi durumlarda daha uygun sonuçlar elde edilebileceğinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ulusal yazında madde parselleme uygulamasını açıklayıcı oldukça sınırlı sayıda çalışma bulunması nedeniyle bu çalışma kapsamında önce parsel kavramı ve parsel oluşturma stratejileri açıklanmış, ardından gerçek bir veri üzerinde uygulama yapılarak farklı stratejiler test edilmiş ve ulaşılan bulgular değerlendirilmiştir.

Item Parceling in Organizational Behavior Studies: Method and Application

This study aims to explain the application of item parceling as an analytical technique which facilitates the fit of the data to the Structural Equation Model in cases where there are a large number of measured structures and the number of parameters. Since there is a very limited number of studies explaining the application of item parceling in the national literature, in this study first, the concept of parcel and strategies of parcel formation were explained. In the second part of the study, different strategies were tested by applying on a data and the findings were discussed.
