ÖRGÜTSEL DAVRANıŞ ARAŞTIRMALARINDA MADDE PARSELLEME: YÖNTEM VE UYGULAMA

Bu çalışmada, ölçülen yapıların ve madde sayısının fazla olduğu durumlarda verinin Yapısal Eşitlik Modelineuyumunu kolaylaştıran bir analitik teknik olarak madde parsel uygulamasını açıklamak ve hangi durumlardadaha uygun sonuçlar elde edilebileceğini incelemek amaçlanmıştır. Ulusal yazında madde parsel/em euygulamasını açıklayan oldukça sınırlı sayıda çalışma bulunması nedeniyle bu çalışma kapsamında önceparsel kavramı ve parseloluşturma stratejilerine değinilmiş, ardından bir veri üzerinde uygulama yapılarakfarklı stratejiler test edilmiş ve ulaşılan bulgular değerlendirilmiştir.

ITEM P ARCELING IN ORGANIZATIONAL BEHA VIOR STUDIES: METHOD AND ApPLICATION

This study aims to explain the application of item pareeling as an analytical technique which facilitates the fit of the data to the Structural Equation Model in cases where there are a large number ofmeasured structures and the number of parameters. Since there is a very limited number of studies explaining the application of item pareeling in the national literature, in this study first, the concept of pareel and strategies of pareel formation were explained. In the second part of the study, different strategies were tested by applying on a data and the findings were discussed.
