Bu çalışmada, nükleer güç reaktörlerinin bugünkü durumu ile reaktörlerde mevcut güvenlik sistemleri genel hatları ile verilmiştir. Dünyadaki nükleer güç reaktörlerinin panoraması çeşitli kaynaklardan derlenerek sunulmuştur. Son zamanlarda ülkemizde artan elektrik enerjisi açığının kapatılması için kurulması düşünülen nükleer güç santralinin, dünya enerji projeksiyonundaki durumu istatistiksel olarak verilmiştir. Bu çalışmayla ülkemizde tartışılan nükleer enerjinin güvenirliliği konusuna, reaktör güvenliği konusunda genel bilgiler verilerek katkı sağlamak amaçlanmıştır.

In this study, current state of nuclear power reactors and currently available safety systems are presented in general terms. The world panorama of nuclear power reactors compiled from various sources is given. Recently, increasing the state of the nuclear power station, expected to be built in order to fill the increasing electrical energy gap in Turkey, in the energy projection of the world is presented statistically. This study aims public awareness in the safety of nuclear energy, which is still on discussion by providing general information on reactor safety.
