Bu çalışma taşeronlaşma sürecinin istihdama etkileri konusunu analitik bir çerçeve içinde ele almayı ve analizi emek sürecinden ziyade emeğin toplumsal yeniden üretimi süreci üzerine odaklandırmayı amaçlamaktadır. Böylece taşeronlaşmanın etkileri konusu sırasıyla istihdamın güvencesizleşmesi ile iş ve çalışmanın anlamının emekçiler aleyhine dönüşmesi temaları altında irdelenmiş olacaktır. Taşeronlaşamayı, istihdamla/çalışmakla refah arasındaki pozitif korelasyonu sermaye lehine koparan bir istihdam biçimi olarak görmek mümkündür; ücretli istihdam söz konusu olduğunda dahi emeğin yeniden üretim koşulları garanti altında değildir. Taşeronlaşma sürecinin etkileri konusunda meselenin özü emeğin toplumsal yeniden üretim koşullarının tahrip edilmesi ise istihdamın güvencesizleşmesi de bu sürecin en belirgin görüngüsüdür. Güvencesiz istihdam, bu çalışmada, emekçileri parçalayan farklı istihdam biçimlerini enlemesine kesen, bu yanıyla da istihdam koşullarının türdeşleşmesini güçlendiren bir istihdam tarzı olarak ele alınacaktır.

This paper aims to take direct and indirect impacts of sub-contracting on the employment into an analytical framework in which the issue of social reproduction of labour power rather than the labour process takes analytical priority. Thus, the issue of economic and social impacts of sub-contraction is systematically analysed by looking at the themes of precariousness and the transformations of the meaning of the work and employment. Sub¬contracting could be seen as form of employment through which positive correlations between work/employment and the welfare/affluences are broken down and sweeping the reproduction of labour way from the suitable and secure conditions even if wage employment is on an agenda. If the essence of the issue is the destruction of the social conditions of the reproduction of labour power, the most specific phenomenal aspects of the issue is the precariousness of the employment through which fragmented forms of employment are seem to be homogenous respectively.
