Amaç: Bu çalışmada obstrüktif uyku apne sendromu OUAS olan hastalarda mide-duodenum epitelyal hücre hasarı varlığı araştırılmıştır. Yöntem: Çalışmaya orta-ağır OUAS apne-hipopne indeksi >15 tanısı konan 15 hasta ile kontrol grubu oluşturulmak üzere polisomnografi tetkiki normal sonuçlanan apne-hipopne indeksi
