VERGİ VE MUHASEBE AÇISINDAN PAYLAŞIM EKONOMİSİ

Globalleşme, teknolojik gelişmeler ve internet kullanımının yaygınlaşması ile birlikte artan rekabet kıt kaynakların etkin kullanımı sorununu daha da önemli hale getirmiştir. Kıt kaynakların etkin kullanılması gerekliliği, zaman ve maliyetten tasarruf etme isteği internet kullanımı ile birleşince gerçek veya tüzel kişiler için alternatif bir üretim veya tüketim platformu olarak paylaşım ekonomisi kavramı ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu çalışmada, paylaşım ekonomisi ve mevcut durumu, paylaşım ekonomisinin tarafları ve faydaları, paylaşım ekonomisinin vergi ve muhasebe boyutu hakkında bilgi verilmeye, paylaşım ekonomisinde gerçekleşen işlemler vergi düzenlemeleri açısından incelenmeye, tarafların muhasebe kayıtları incelenmeye çalışılmıştır.

SHARING ECONOMY IN TERMS OF TAX AND ACCOUNTING

Globalization, technological developments and the increasing use of internet use have made more important issue that the problem of effective use of scarce resources. As a result of the necessity of effective use of scarce resources, the desire to save time and use of internet, the concept of sharing economy has emerged as an alternative production or consumption platform for real or legal persons. In this study, it is tried to give information about sharing economy and current situation, parties and benefits of sharing economy, tax and accounting dimension of sharing economy, processes in sharing economy to be examined in terms of tax regulations, and accounting records of parties are examined.
