Uterus Rudimenter Horn Rüptürüne Bağlı İntraabdominal Fetus: Olgu Sunumu
Rudimenter horn uterusun gelişim anomalilerinden biridir ve uterusun rudimenter horn gebeliği, 100,000-140,000 gebelikte 1 insidans ile nadir görülen klinik bir tablodur. Rudimenter horn gebeliklerinde rüptür, abortus, ektopik gebelik, preterm eylem, intrauterin gelişme geriliği, malprezentasyon gibi komplikasyonların gelişme riski artar. Bu olguda 18 gestasyonel haftalık uterus rudimenter horn rüptürünü ve intraabdominal yer değiştiren fetusu MRG ile birlikte sunmayı amaçladık.
Intraabdominal Fetus Due to Rupture of Uterus Rudimenter Horn: Case Report
Rudimenter horn is one of the developmental anomalies of the uterus and pregnancy in a rudimentary horn of the uterus is a rare clinical condition with a reported incidence of 1 in 100,000 to 140,000 pregnancies. Pregnancy in the rudimentary horn increases the risk of rupture, abortus, ectopic pregnancy, preterm delivery, intrauterine growth retardation, developing complications such as malpresentation. In this case we aimed to present 18 weeks gestational rudimentary horn ruptured uterus and intraabdominal replacement of fetus with MRI.
