Nodüler Guatr ile Karışan Sternokleideomastoid Kas Lipomu: Olgu Sunumu
Lipomlar benign, enkapsüle, mezenşimal neoplazmlar olup, matür yağ hücrelerinden köken alırlar. Sıklıkla sırt, omuz ve abdomende izlenir. Genellikle subkutan dokuda yerleşir ve çevre dokulara infiltrasyon göstermeyen iyi sınırlı kitleler olarak karşımıza çıkarlar. Lipomların az bir kısmı baş boyun bölgesi yerleşimlidir. Bu olguda preoperatif nodüler guatr tanısı almış bir sternokleideomastoid kas içi lipomu vakasını sunmayı amaçladık.
