İNCE BAĞIRSAK KARBONİK ANHİDRAZ AKTİVİTESİ ÜZERİNE ORNİDAZOL VE METRONİDAZOL İLAÇLARININİN VİTROETKİSİ
Bu araştırmada sığır ince bağırsağından total olaraksaflaştırılan karbonik anhidraz EC 4.2.1.1. enzimi aktivitesiüzerine bazı ilaçlarınBağırsakafinitekromatografisi ile saflaştırıldı. Saf olarak elde edilmişolan karbonik anhidraz enziminin aktivitesi üzerine ornidazolve metronidazol etken maddesine sahip ilaçların etkileriaraştırıldı. Aktivite ölçümlerinde karbonik anhidrazın CO2hidrataz aktivitesinden yararlanıldı. 3 farklı konsantrasyondave 6 farklı hacimde yapılan ölçümlerin sonuçları Aktivite-[İlaçhacmi] şeklinde grafik halinde verildi. Elde edilen bulgulardan,ornidazol ve metronidazol ilaçlarının bağırsak CA enzimaktivitesini aktive ettiği belirlendi
In this study, the effects of certain drugs on the activity ofcarbonic anhydrase EC 4.2.1.1. , Which is totally purifiedfrom bovine small intestine, were investigated in vitro. Theintestinal tissue was purified by affinity chromatography ofthe carbonic anhydrase enzyme. On the activity of the purelyobtained carbonic anhydrase enzyme, the effects of drugswith ornidazole and metronidazole were investigated.Carbonic anhydrase CO2-hydratase activity was utilized inthe activity measurements. The results of the measurementsmade at 3 different concentrations and 6 different volumeswere graphically displayed in the form of activity- [drugvolume]. From the results obtained, it was determined thatornidazole and metronidazole drugs activated the intestinalenzyme activity
