Bu makalede Pervâne Muineddin’in Kayseri’de inşa ettirdiği medrese ve mescidden hareketle inşa faaliyeti ile siyasî gelişmeler arasındaki ilişki ele alınmıştır. Pervâne’nin yaptırdığı eserler onun hayrî duygularıyla açıklanabilir ise de, yapıların siyasî ve sosyal bir projeyle ilgili olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. İki aşamalı bu projeyi Ahilerin tasfiyesi ve onların yerine Mevlevîlerin hâkim kılınması şeklinde ifade etmek mümkündür. Projenin ilk safhasının Ahi Evren’in ölümüyle bir ölçüde gerçekleştiği bilinmektedir. Pervâne ve onunla birlikte hareket eden devlet adamlarının bu hadiseden hemen sonra Ahilerin etkili oldukları şehirlerde vakıf kurumundan yararlanmak suretiyle Mevlevîleri etkili kılmaya çalıştıkları görülmektedir. Pervâne’nin Kayseri’de inşa ettirdiği eserler de bu projeyle ilgili görünmektedir. Medresenin şehrin fiziki dokusundaki yeri, büyük bir törenle açılması ve Sultan Veled’in mescidde yapmış olduğu konuşmalar projenin ikinci safhasına ışık tutmaktadır.

This article focuses on the relationship between constructions of moslem theological schools and mosques built by Pervâne Muineddin in Kayseri and political activities during that period. It is understood that the works made by Pervâne are related to political and social projects rather than his feelings of the good. It is possible to express that it was aimed to liquidate Ahi Community and replace Mevlevi Community to thier place with this two-stage project. The first phase of the project was occured to some extent after Ahi Evren's death. After this event, Pervâne and statesmen acting with him tried to Mevlevi Community effective by utilizing the foundations. It seems that the construction built by Pervâne in Kayseri are related to this project. The construction’s physical configuration in the city, holding a great opening ceremony for it and Sultan Veled’s speeches made ​​in the mosque shed light on the second phase of the project.
