Hemanjiyoperisitomlu Bir Olguda PET BT Bulguları

Hemanjiyoperisitom nadir görülen bir vasküler tümör olup Zimmerman perisitlerinden kaynaklanır. Hemanjiyoperistomlar kapillerlerin bulunduğu her yerde bulunabilmelerine rağmen en çok alt ekstremiteler, pelvik fossa ve retroperitoneumda görülürler. Hemanjiyoperisitom BT’de yuvarlak, homojenden heterojene kontrastlanan kitle şeklinde görülür. MRG’de ise T1 ağırlıklı görüntülerde kaslara göre heterojen izointensten hipointens sinyale doğru değişen sinyali mevcuttur. PET BT görünümleri tanımlanmamıştır. Olgumuzda da BT görünümleri literatürle uyumlu olup PET BT’de periferik yüksek metabolik aktivite gösterdiği gözlendi. Bu tarif literatür açısından bir ilktir
