Kazların böbrek yapısı üzerine histolojik ve histometrik inceleme

Bu araştırma, kazlann böbreklerinin histolojik yapısı ve nefronlarının çeşitli histometrik değerlerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapıldı. Kazlann böbreklerinden alman doku örneklerinden rutin yöntemlerle preparatlar hazırlanarak boyama yapılıp incelendi. Histometrik olarak sürüngen tipi ve memeli tipi nefronların glomeruluslarının çapı, tubulus proksimalis konvoluta, medullar halkanın ince ve kalın bölümleri ile tubulus distalis konvolutanın tubul çapları, hücre yükseklikleri ve lumen genişlikleri ölçüldü. Histometrik değerler, bazı farklılıklarla beraber, genel olarak diğer kanatlılarda elde edilen değerlerden çok farklı bulunmadı.

Histological and histometrical study on the structure of goose kidney

The objective of the present study was to determine the histological and histometrical structure of goose kidney. Tissues obtained from goose kidneys were stained for general observation. The diameters of mammalian and reptilian types glomerulus, tubulus proximalis, tubulus convoluta, thick and thin parts of the medullar cords, tubulus distalis and the hight and width of their cells were found, with small differences, to be similar to that of other avian species.
