Kedi ve köpeklerde kullanılan anestetik ajanların kalp üzerine etkileri

Anestezi amacıyla kullanılan preanestetikler, indüksiyon ajanları ve inhalasyon anestezikleri otonomik tonusta değişimlere neden olarak kalpte çeşitli tiplerde aritmilerin şekillenmesine yol açarlar. Anestetik ilaçlardan kaynaklanan ve hastanın yaşamını tehdit edici boyutlara ulaşabilecek bu tür aritmilerin önlenmesinde uygun anestezi protokollerinin belirlenmesi ve uygulanması son derece önemlidir.

Effects of anesthetic agents used in cats and odgs on the heart

Pre-anaesthetics, induction agents and inhalation anesthetics used for anesthesia, create various types of heart arrhythmias by causing changes in the autonomic tonus. Determination and application of appropriate anesthesia protocols is very important for prevention of such arrhythmias originating from anesthetic drugs and which may become life-threatening for the patient.
