İnülinin kanatlı beslemede kullanılması

Son yıllarda birçok araştırmacı hayvan beslemede alternatif doğal yem katkı maddesi olarak prebiyotik ve doğal sakkaritik maddeler üzerine yoğunlaşmıştır. İnülin konağın kalın bağırsaklarında fermente edilen prebiyotik bir oligosakkarittir. Bu derlemede inülinin kanatlılarda sindirim sistemi özellikleri (mikroflora, morfoloji, dışkı özellikleri vs), büyüme ve verim performansı, yağ dokusu, kolesterol ve mineral emilimi üzerine etkilerine değinilmektedir.

The use of Inulin in poultry nutrition

In recent years, many researches were focused on alternative natural feed additives such as prebiotics and natural saccharitic materials for animal nutrition. Inulin is a prebiotic oligosaccharide fermented in the large intestine of host. In this review, the effects of inulin on gastrointestinal characteristics (microflora, morphology, feces characteristics etc.), growth and production performance, fat tissue, cholesterol and mineral absorption in poultries will be mentioned.
