Immunological infertilty in males
Fertility disorders, so-called as infertility, have been one of the main problems directly affecting economical benefit aimed at genetic improvement and animal breeding programmes in this sector. The studies to eliminate infertility cases due likely to arise from improper management and feeding, congenital or acquired disorders in genital organs, infectious factors or age status still remain quite popular. Other than the aetiological factors given, infertility cases with unknown origin attract considerable attention recently. Among these, immunological infertility as compared to other infertility cases in males may require both identification of the actual factor causing infertility beforehand and thus lead to more losses in productivity related to late treatment. Therefore In the present review, an attempt has been made to give some information on immunological infertility in males and diagnostic methods.
