Yıkamanın kirli yumurtalarda kuluçka sonuçları üzerine etkisi

Bu araştırma, farklı ısı derecelerinde musluk suyu ve dezenfektanlı suyla yıkanan kirli yumurtaların kuluçka performansını tes¬pit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmada dört grup oluşturulmuş ve toplam 6.000 adet yumurta kullanılmıştır. Yumurtalar 110°F (43.3°C) ve 65°F (18.3°C) de musluk suyu ve %0.1'lik formalin solüsyonu ile yıkanmıştır. Çalışma birbirinden bağımsız beş tekerrürden oluşmuştur. Tüm yumurtalar 45-50 haftalık Ross-308 sürülerinden rastgele toplanmıştır. Verilerin incelenmesinde GLM (General Linear Model) kullanılmıştır. Beş denemenin sonucunda istatistiki olarak, ısının kuluçka randımanı, çıkım gücü ve kabuk altı ölümleri üzerine etkisi önemli bulunmuştur (P0.05). 110°F de musluk suyu ve dezenfektanlı su ile yıkanan yumurtaların döllülük oranlan sırasıy¬la %87.9 ve 86.7, kuluçka randımanları %70.1 ve 71.1, çıkım güçleri %79.7 ve 81.9 düzeyinde belirlenmiştir. 65°F de yıkanan yu¬murtaların döllülük oranları aynı sırayla %87.9 ve 87.7, kuluçka randımanları %65.3 ve 67.5, çıkım güçleri ise %74.2, 77.1 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Her iki ısı derecesinde yıkanan yumurtaların kuluçka sonuçları oldukça yüksek olup, yıkama suyuna katılan dezenfektan mad¬denin kuluçka randımanını iyileştirdiği sonucuna varılmıştır.

Effect of washing treatments on hatchability of dirty eggs

This study was performed to determine hatchability of dirty eggs, after washed with tap water or disinfectant solution in different heat degrees. The experiment was performed in four saperate groups. 6.000 eggs were used in the study. Eggs were either washed with tap water or 0.1% formalin solution at either 110°F (43.3°C) or 65°F (18.3°C). The study was carried out in 5 independent trials. All eggs were selected randomly from broiler hens (Ross-308) at 45-50 weeks of ages. Data were examined by GLM (General Linear Model) procedures. At the end of five trials it was detected that heat was significantly effect on the hatchability performance, machine performance and late embnyonic mortality (P<0.05). The effects of disinfectant solution and heat x disinfectand solution on the hatchability were not detected as significantly and there were no differences calculated between experimental groups (P>0.05). When the all eggs were washed with tap water and disinfectant solution at 110°F, fertility rates were 87.9 and 86.7%, hatchability performances were 70.1 and 71.1% and machine performances were 79.7 and 81.9% of eggs, respectively. On the other hand, When the water hate degree were changed as 65°F fertility rates were 87.9 and 87.7%, hatchability performances were 65.3 and 67.5% and machine performance were 74.2 and 77.1% of eggs were washed with tap water and disinfectand solution, respectively. As a result, washing of eggs in both hate degree had positive effects on the hatchability performance and using of disinfectant solution improved their performance.
