Buzdağı pneumonilerinin tedavisinde timilcosin ve danoflxacin'in etkileri üzerine karşılaştırmalı çalışmalar

Bu çalışmada Pneumonili buzağıların nazal svap örneklerinden bakteriyel etken izolasyonu yapıldı. Buzağıların % 56.6'sında Pasteurella hemolytica ve P. multocida izole edildi. Buzağı pneumonilerinin tedavisinde tilmicosin ve da-nofloxacin'in etkileri araştırıldı. Çalışmada 15 buzağıya (grup 1) tek doz 10 mg/kg tilmicosin, derialtı (Micotil-Elanco), 15 buzağıya da (grup 2) 5 gün boyunca 1.3 mg/kg dozda danofloxacin, derialtı (Advocin-Pfizer) uygulandı. Tilmicosin ile sağaltılan buzağılarda sağaltım başarısı % 93.0, danofloxacin ile sağaltılan buzağılarda başarı % 86.6 olarak saptandı.

The comparative studies on the efficacy of timilcosin and danofloxacin in the treatment of calf pneumonies

İn this study, isolation of bacterial agents was made from nasal specimens of calves with pneumonia. Pasteurella haemolytica and multocida were isolated from 56.6 % of calves. The efficacy of tilmicosin and danofloxacin in the treatment of pneumonia in calves were investigated. Fifteen calves (group 1) with naturally occuring pneumonia were treated with a single dose injection of tilmicosin (10 mg/kg body weight, subcutan) and 15 calves (group 2) with pneumonia were treated with danofloxacin (1.3 mg/kg body weight, subcutan) for five days. The efficacy of treatment with tilmicosin was found as 93.0 %,and 86.6 % with danofloxacin.
