Kan serumu AST 96 IU/L, ALT 154IU/L, ALP 932 IU/L, Glikoz 125 mg/dl, Üre 50.6 mg/dl ve Total Protein.7.9 g/dl değerleri bulundu. Nekropsi sonucunda hepatik lipidozis tanısı konuldu, aynı zamanda kronik glomerulitis ve tubulus dejenerasyonunun da hastalığa eşlik ettiği saptandı.

İdiopathic hepatic lipidosis in a cat

A 10 year-old female cross-breed cat referred to in the present article. On clinical examination, icterus on mucosa and skin, and petechia on front extremities was detected. Ultrasonographic examination of the abdomen revealed enlarged liver with disappearance of homogen structure and kidney and spleen were detected to have mild enlargement. Blood serum revealed AST 96 IU/L, ALT 154 IU/L, ALP 932 IU/L, glucose 125 mg/dl, urea 50.6 mg/dl and total protein 7.9 g/dl. According the necropsy results, hepatic lipidosis were detected and accompanying with chronic glomerulitis and tubulus degeneration.
