TAKIM TEZGAHI TASARIMINDA ELEKTRİK MOTORU SEÇİMİ

Takım tezgahlarının tasarımındaki en önemli hususlardan biri, yeterli kesme kuvveti ve tezgah uzuvlarının gereklihareketlerinin oluşumunu sağlayan elektrik motorlarının seçimidir. Bu seçimin doğru yapılması, istenilenboyutsal hassasiyette ve yüzey kalitesinde iş parçası üretilmesini sağlayan en önemli etkendir. Bu çalışmada,günümüzde talaşlı imalatta kullanılmakta olan konvensiyonel ve nümerik kontrollü takım tezgahlarında tezgahana mili tahriki için güç, iş parçasının veya kesici takımın gerekli konumlandırılması için tezgah uzuvhareketlerini sağlayan sürüm sistemlerine, verim-performans ve kontrol teknikleri bakımından elektrik motoruseçiminin nasıl yapılacağı araştırılmıştır.
