BOLOGNA UYUM SÜRECİNDE DERS PLANI OLUŞTURMAK İÇİN HAT DENGELEME YAKLAŞIMI

Bu çalışmada Bologna süreci kapsamında lisans programlarının ders planlarının güncellenmesi aşaması ele alınmıştır. Avrupa ve Türkiye’deki benzer Endüstri Mühendisliği programlarının ders planları göz önünde bulundurularak, dersler belirlenmiştir. Avrupa Kredi Transfer ve Biriktirme Sistemi değerleri, ders sayısı, dönem sayısı, ilgili diğer parametreler, derslerin öncüllük kısıtları ve Bologna süreci kapsamındaki diğer kısıtlar dikkate alınarak ders planı oluşturma problemi, hat dengeleme problemi olarak modellenmiştir. Oluşturulan hat dengeleme problemi WINQSB yazılımı yardımıyla farklı sezgisel yöntemler kullanılarak çözülmüş, sonuçlar karşılaştırılmış ve uygun ders planları oluşturulmuştur.

LINE BALANCING APPROACH TO CREATE THE COURSE PLANNING FOR THE ADAPTATION OF THE BOLOGNA PROCESS

In this study, within the scope of the Bologna process, the undergraduate programs were discussed updating of the course planning. European Credit Transfer System of the courses were  computed by considering the course planning of the same Industrial Engineering programs in Turkey and Europe and the courses were determined in the same way. The course planning problem was modeled as line balancing problem by considering ECTS values, number of courses, number of periods, the other relevant parameters, precedence constraints of the courses, and other constraints within the scope of the Bologna process. The line balancing problem was solved with the help of the WINQSB software by using the different heuristic methods, results were compared and the appropriate course planning was created.
