Kariyer uyumluluğunun bireysel yönü: Kişilik özellikleri ve duygulanım açısından incelenmesi

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, bireylerin kariyer uyumlulukları ile çok boyutlu mükemmeliyetçilik kişilik özelliği ve sürekli kaygı arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesidir.Yöntem: Bu çalışmada kesitsel ve nicel araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmaya 106 kadın ve 77 erkek olmak üzere toplam 183 lisans öğrencisi katılmıştır. Bu katılımcılar uygun örnekleme yöntemiyle belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada veriler, Çok Boyutlu Mükemmeliyetçilik Ölçeği, Kariyer Uyumluluğu Ölçeği ve Sürekli Kaygı Envanteri ile toplanmıştır. Objective: The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between career adaptability with multidimensional perfectionism personality traits and trait anxiety. Method: Cross-sectional and quantitative research methods were used in this study. A total of 183 undergraduate students, 106 female and 77 male, participated in the study. These participants were identified by convenient sampling method. Data were collected using the Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale, Career Adaptability Scale, and Trait Anxiety Inventory. In the statistical analysis of the data, student t-test and multiple regression analysis techniques were used.
